  1. I am selling my motorbike, it is a 2014 model. She has 11,xxx km on her and has been fitted with pirelli scorpion trail tyres which are a more road-biased tyre. I have replaced the stock exhaust with a Staintune exhaust to save weight and to give it a lovely sound. I also have extras on the bike such as, touring screen,Kawasaki topcase & tank bag. The Original exhaust & screen will also be sold with the bike. I have relocated the number plate to enhance the rear end for aesth...etics and practical reasons. Bike is 9mths old and comes with the remaining manufacturers warranty which will be transferred into the new owners name. Full log books & history. Currently registered till 05/15 though would like to sell unregistered (this is reflected in the price) may consider selling with existing rego but no RWC due to time constraints with work and getting it completed. She hasn't been off road and been used for commuting only. Has been meticulously maintained and cared for with oil changes every 3,000km and dealer servicing at Crazydogs @ Burpengary. Reason for sale - Shoulder injury & riding aggravates it. No tyre kickers or time wasters, really need the bike sold. Please feel free to send enquiries, I am regularly interstate but will get back to you asap. Price - $6400 Unregistered $6800 Registered & rwc Pick up Brisbane Southside. Happy to deliver within 200km radius Sale needed ASAP - Call Paul 0405 one zero six 4 zero 3
  2. My Australian Wife of 1 mth & our family are considering moving back to the UK. I’m an Aussie Citizen etc, been here for 14yrs… reason for the move – a crazy ex wife which I won’t go into here but basically I should be having access to my 2 children with her but constantly being deneied. My questions are these Does anyone here, who has gone back home have Australian child support agreements in place and how does this work in terms of paying, who is the collector Australia or UK, pounds or dollars? How would my Wife and children be treated in the UK in terms of housing/NHS etc, I know for travelling there is reciprocal agreements in place How does the visa process work, would she need one or not, what type and how long is it valid for, what about the children? Geez when I left the UK I was living in a studio flat and just pleasing myself now looking at the possibility of moving back I have responsibilities to look after and not sure where to go and for what help is available out there lol Thinking be easier for me to come home first and get myself settled so rest of family can just move on out with minimal disruptions but just finding out the best way to do this and if anyone else has been in a similar situation to this

    UK marriage

I'm australian (for last 12 years) and my fiance is Australian by birth. We would like to have an english wedding, back home so family can be present for this. How does one go about organising this, registering intent, legalities of being Australian, validity of marriage over here etc etc It would be nice to do but seems like a lot of hard work..:arghh:
  5. Thats correct - no countersigning unless your appearance has changed dramatically
  6. are you being a whinging Pom Gaz:wink: Was quite amusing to watch, but it's all about ratings remember, it's for some and it's not for others...like the family said, they may well be back in a few years, things change
  7. check out tmr.qld.gov.au - all your licensing questions... be better if she had her full licence as can change over - unsure about provisional due to all the recent changes now
  8. Not sure on viability of shipping it over but something to help would be bikesales.com,au or bikepoint.com.au as a guide to values and what's available locally.
  9. That's a pretty good rate...Government jobs have disappeared in Qld since the change from Labour to LNP.
  10. Sorry to hear of your experiences, unfortunately the Aussie's a lot of the time are plain Bogan and lack a lot of life experiences. There are the good ones and you will get good and bad areas as always. Some areas are more mulch-cultural than others, here in Qld, south of Brisbane there are many many different race. There does seem to be a lot of generalization too with the cultures and what people perceive them to be, other side of it is ignorance...
