The odd thing is that they've changed my name on the application back to my maiden name. Has that happened to anyone else? It seems a bit strange. lebourvellec Posted March 6, 2012 Share Posted March 6, 2012 Hi Yes this happened to me too - but I was a secondary applicant that then became applicant 3 (our daughter became applicant 2). I thought that it could have been because I had a 457 visa a few years before which was in my maiden name and they had attached details of 457 to new application?? My Husband phoned the hotline number and they changed it over on the phone. We got our visas no problem, but I was worried that we had maid a mistake in application form which but I know we hadent.
