Alan Collett
Hi Gary. Looks good. A quick question: is there any reason why sponsorship for permanent residency is not available straightaway? Best regards.
Gary Pepper
The client is keen to achive a number of things, 1> the 457 is a try before he buys scenario as the ENS will cost around $7k or so 2> It is a way of incentivising guys to stay with him, as he has issues with retention. The retention issue is purely down to being so close to the mining and Oil and gas, guys just up and leave and earn great money which that industry and sector can pay, dealerships can not compete. They are a great company though, a good opportunity. hows business ? Gary

Guest JayJudd
Hi, I am 38 years old and have been a panel beater and sprayer since i was 20 years old. I had my own bodyshop for 15 years which employed 3 people and am proud to the fact that we were always fully booked and never advertised once, all word of mouth of being the best in the area! We had a few contracts with hire companies too. My experience ranges from crash repairs and insurance work to new vehicles and vintage, i have worked through all the roles in the bodyshop, experience with ICI paint mixing scheme, panel beating, a master with filler (can repair anything if needs be) spraying and finishing. My family and I have wanted to move to Oz for many years but as i am not qualified i thought it was impossible but after reading in your post that experience can gain the way, i am over the moon. I look forward to hearing from you
