We are looking to see if anyone has a room to rent for 1-2 months when he arrives and finds a permanent rental. Any help/advice would be great. We had 13 offers within the first 24 hours, all emailed by the owners with photographs. Prices started at $500 pcm. The offers are still coming in. NEVER send any payment or personal details in advance, some people have been scammed into paying deposits on an apartment which isn't even available to rent.
