I filled in a stat dec and gave their name and myparents address in UK. Does anyone know if they will chase them for this $80? I feel bad and maybe i should pay it as it is my car. In UK they cant enforce foreign registered cars (e.g. France) for parking fines, and they are just across the pond!! http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-12092672 I would check that they cant come after you being the registered owner tho??
