A couple of hours later I had a txt message and a phone call asking to connect power, gas etc from connectnow pty ltd. Is this the main (and only) provider? Are they ok or is it a scam? Zman Posted July 5, 2011 Share Posted July 5, 2011 It's been a while since we have had to move and there were few of these 'one-stop shops' when we did. I don't think they're a scam but they have agreements with suppliers, which means you may not get to choose. My suggestion is contact ACTEWAGL. We get our gas, electricity, telephone and broadband/ISP through them. The have a one-call connects all number: 13 12 93. Not sure whether their gas/elec prices are cheaper than competition but the phone plan we have gives us pretty cheap calls to the UK. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
