Hi Im on the gold coast and brisbane, it has only been really bad for the last week or so. There was a message on their support centre saying thay are experiencing difficulties with iphone coverage, just wondered if it had been fixed or what other peoples experiences were like as I feel like throwing it. Quoll
3 is known for its crap coverage outside the central metropolitan areas - it's not unusual I'm afraid. If you only ever venture around central Melbourne/Sydney etc it is fine but elsewhere, you are better served with other Telcos (check out on http://forums.whirlpool.net.au/)
sleepywombat
Vodafone (together with 3) have been bad in Sydney for the last week too after they kinda fixed their January issues following taking over 3... I'm struggling with 3G and texts too at the moment. You could try a new SIM card or just pull it out & pop it back in again (this sometimes works with mine!!) Think I'll be trying Telstra when my contract expires!! Cx
