Due to rapid company growth we are seeking experienced Mechanical Project engineers to join a hardworking and friendly team based in South Australia.

 

The Role:

 

This is a challenging role where you will have to manage and facilitate the operational delivery of projects. You will be responsible for aspects of project management including project quality, safety and environmental, cost and timescale.

 

Essential Criteria:

 

 

• High level stakeholder engagement and supplier management skills and experience
  
• Extensive Project Management experience in dedicated PM appointments ideally in a matrix environment
  
• Qualification in project management and practical exposure to PM methodology PMBOK
  
• Detailed planning abilities with strong skills in management project cost, schedule, scope, reporting, tracking, and a history of delivering on time and within budget
  
• Extensive experience in coordination of construction site related activities
  
• Proven experience in managing complex infrastructure projects
  
• Demonstrated strong leadership, organisational, analytical and problem solving skills
  
• Experience in a confident energetic style with a can do approach to complex problems and a desire to deliver innovative solutions
  
• Ability to initiate development and modifications to operational processes and practices
  
• Specific knowledge of environmental, OHS&E policies and procedures management and associated legislative requirements
  
• Extensive and successful record of experience in co-ordinating all site related activities
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively to achieve desired outcomes
  
• Deep and proven knowledge of key drivers of the water, construction & engineering business domain
  
• Deep and proven understanding in Water servicing
  
• Strong customer service ethic
  
• Strong understanding of company products (Training Provided)
  
• Strong Knowledge of Australian Regulatory and Compliance requirements
  
• Able to work
  

 

in a team to lead and contribute so that the company meets its strategic goals

 

 

The Candidate:

 

We are looking for people with a minimum of three years project management experience with tertiary qualifications in project management, engineering or a related discipline.
