Guest morshed Posted May 25, 2011 Share Posted May 25, 2011 Hi, I went for medical and panel doctor used ehealth. During the fill up the ehealth through internet, Doctor could fill up my form. But the doctor did not find any entry in the system for my spouse in the system . Doctor used the TRN number & Birth date of my spouse. Doctor says, it's happen sometimes and will inform me later after he contacting with DIAC. Did you face similar issue previous. Guest claireeee Posted May 25, 2011 Share Posted May 25, 2011 Hi, Something similar happened us recently all of our family was on the ehealth except the baby so contacted our case officer via email to let her know and she told me she had contacted the ehealth department to update but it took over two weeks and in the end because I had a seperate appointment set up for the baby after the families medicals our co gave us an id code for the panel doctor to use.So for us by contacting our co via email twice got this problem solved.
