Hi everyone!

 

Would be great if someone could tell me whether the following terms of employment are standard for Construction Professional on 457 sponsorship:

 

> 20 days holiday

> 38 hours a week (city based location)

> Tied in for 2 years, if you leave within the 2 years you have to repay visa costs + 25% of the annual salary as a lump sum

> No relocation costs paid for - just flights

> Taking leave in between projects not when required

> Employee responsible for providing own computer equipment

> Paid hourly as opposed salary
