steen1976
Anyone else trying to do it at the moment? Got a Honda Accord for sale now for two weeks at what seems to be a fair price but no nibbles. No one has viewed it and only had three calls from time wasters.
Diz
Just sold ours this week after 8 weeks of advertising. Car valued at £5000 and ended up accepting £4200 as this was the best offer- gutted.
Guest JK2510
My dad sold my car. He couldn't sell privately so it went to the trade. I got £2k for a 54 plate seat leon.
Guest ClaireT
Hi, friends have used webuyanycar.com before and got a fair price for their car. You get an online quote - saves timewasters and mucking about. Thinking of going down that route few days before we are ready to fly off rather than advertising and waiting, they have offered us £1250 for 03 plate Toyota Corolla. OZZIES
Talking about selling cars, I will need to sell mine when we leave, don't know when though, but a gentleman has just knocked at my door to sell us something, then starting asking about what my car was like (ford cmax) as he wants to buy one. Oh said we would be selling ours in a few months, and he took our number. He has just texted and said he will have £2,600 in 4 weeks if we are interested. ( I think my car is worth more than that.) I will have to decline is offer, but I bet when I go to sell, no-one will be interested. Just my luck.:biglaugh::biglaugh: Wish some-one who offer to buy my house like that. haha Donna
