We are selling because my OH has got a good job and I go back to the UK at least twice a year. Anyone looking to buy their own shop and do their own thing? It is regional so the DIC look favourably on that. It would be a good starting block for living and working all in one place. Situated 2 hrs.30 mins drive from Brisbane. 20 mins. from the gold city - Gympie. We are looking for less than $200,000 not that many pounds! Pleased to give more details....
