Basically I have worked for 12 years for one company for my nominated occupation, but had 3 lots of maternity leave . I came back to work Sep 2008 after my last maternity leave and applied for 175 in Dec 2010 - so the last maternity leave was within the last 3 out of 4 years employment?!!
