Fox
Hi All, I would like to ask a question about the recruiting process in Australia. I have applied for a job and received an email saying that my application has gone to the Hiring Manager for consideration and I'm not sure what the significance of this is. I am guessing that it means my application has passed the initial binning stage and I am being considered for interview. Am I being too optimistic or is this the normal process? Cheers Pete:unsure:
Guest Toomers
Not meaning to be pessimistic but this could just be a standard reply to all applicants.. saying that I dont know for sure, I would just keep your feet on the ground and keep your options open.
