Can anyone tell me the best way to go about getting medical cover? Would it be cheaper getting it before i go or wait till i'm in OZ? Any info anyone can give will be appreciated. Ideally I'm looking for an insurer that will cover air ambulance trips and with whom I don't have to have an argument with every time there is a claim. I appreciate there would be a premium to pay for these sorts of things and am prepared to pay a reasonable premium for such options.
