NZStidz Posted July 11, 2010 Share Posted July 11, 2010 Hi there We are coming over to Pacific Pines from NZ (been here 8 years from Surrey in UK) - we have done a reccie and know what we want and where... with that in mind, how long do you think we should allow from seeing a house we want to rent until move in? calNgary Posted July 11, 2010 Share Posted July 11, 2010 Pacific Pines does seem to have a few rentals, although it was on of the areas were you can expect to compete against other familys for a house. I would say 2 weeks in furnished should be fine ,if you are possitive on the area, have everything copied ready to submitt with applications and start house inspecting straight away.
