dfactor
Hi, Can anyone help me out here? We fly to Melbourne on Saturday and since we booked our flights back in January i've had an mri scan and i have a slipped disc in my back which makes it very painful to sit for long periods of time (Currently an 1hr is long enough). We have got 7hrs from Manchester to Dubia, couple of hours wait,Then an 16hr flight to Melbourne which im dreading purely because of the pain that shoots down my leg from the siatic nerve. I have my scan results and a letter from the consultant. what are the chances of either: 1.An upgrade. 2.Better seats. and how do i go about it? I only got my results on the 4th June so haven't had time to do anything else and we fly on this saturday evening (19th June) Any help/ideas would be gratefully appreciated?! australia94
Could you ask for a bulkhead seat, it would give you more leg room. I did this when I had an operation on my knee. Contact who you are flying with and ask them about their policy. Don't know about an upgrade myself but hey maybe worth asking.
