Nats Posted April 19, 2010 Share Posted April 19, 2010 We're currently on a 457, contracted to employer for 1-2 years, meaning I can leave after 1 year but they will continue to employ me should I wish to stay for 2. I am hoping to apply for PR after 12 months or so, was just wondering ... having done the points system calculations, what happens when one applicant has 120+ points (ME) and spouse/partner/de-facto (my husband) doesnt have enough?? Is it the same as with the 457 in that I am the main applicant or because its PR do we each need to have 120+ points?? Nats x Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
