DreamyLou Posted April 13, 2010 Share Posted April 13, 2010 Hi All I'm actually in Perth now and applied for my 457 visa through my company over 2 months ago (I'm an oil and gas recruiter). The company have a migration agent who I submitted all my forms into but I don't seem to hear anything from them! The response I get is that everything has been sent but no news. The company were asked around 2 weeks ago to submit their training expenditure which was sent off but I still haven't heard anything. I've asked the migration agent three times for some updates but get ignored and then my boss has followed up and the migration agent just says nothing has come back. I'm just wandering is there anyway of knowing where in the process my application is and what should be taking so long. I thought it would be 4-6weeks. Isn't there some case officer assignment or something or is that for another visa?
