up4answers
Just a quick question. If you go for citizenship, do you then have dual nationality and two passports? Or do you have to surrender your UK passport? Thanks
Guest Taytoconnorrs
You can definitely have a British and Australian passport and have dual citizenship. Other countries may require you to only be allowed to have citizenship in one country.
Quoll
Nope you can have both - I do and travel into and out of Australia on the Aussie one and into and out of UK on the UK one. Well worth keeping them both current because you never know when you might need them. Once you become an Aus citizen you have to have an Aus passport to get back into the country should you leave it.
