libbysmum Posted October 16, 2009 Share Posted October 16, 2009 Hi again all, im a bundle of questions today!!! This one relates to filling in the TRA application form. I am hoping to pass TRA on the basis that the combined hours tuition from my employer who took me on as an apprentice and formal tuition hours meet one of the pathways criteria. I obviously want to put down that I received training from my employer, which he is going to state in his reference, however I would like to state it in the application form if this is at all possible. I was wondering if my workplace could be classed as a training institute? There are 2 sections on the form for training institutes so thought i could put details of the college and employer on there. In this case I would have to put down the same qualification in both parts Ie NVQ level2 is this acceptable? (Im sure those who have already completed TRA will now the format of the form and know what Im on about lol) Maybe just the write up in the employer reference detailing hours of tuition would suffice???
