I got a reply this morning and they said they have been received by the Local Clearance Unit....but they are waiting finalisation of medical examinations for my daughter...... Does anybody know is the local clearance unit the place in Sydney where all the medicals get sent. My daughter is under Great Ormond Street hospital so I did know that we had to get a report from her consultant but that was sent to our panel doctor after we had our medicals......also when they say finalisation of medical examinations does that mean that another doctor is looking at her results. ali Posted May 3, 2007 Share Posted May 3, 2007 Hi Joanne, The LCU is in Sydney, my friends hubbys meds got reviewed by the commenweath dr - due to extensive knee surgery - they cleared within a few days - they're probably just getting someone qualified to read the material from her consultant.
