Cots Posted June 30, 2009 Share Posted June 30, 2009 We have recently applied to Vic for SS but are now thinking we might prefer SA and could do with some advice. Plumbing is on both state's lists and to be honest the things that are pulling us towards Adelaide over Melbourne is the climate and house prices. Can anyone shed any light on these matters? Are we allowed to apply to both having already applied to Vic? I think we are. I should also have asked where would the most plumbing work be available? ozzbound Posted June 30, 2009 Share Posted June 30, 2009 A relative has just chosen SA over his birthplace in VIC as he believes house prices are cheaper there. My friend has just began the housebuild process in SA and bought a house and land package for the same amount we bought our plot of land for in Mount Martha, Vic.
