It's a very new 'sterile' suburb, great if you like new and modern, looked very clean when we drove through. Clarkson has a bit of a dodgy rep..not sure if it's justified and the high school seems to get a lot of flak. However there are posters on here who live around that area and are perfectly happy! Close to all the facilities of Joondalup everything you need in terms of shopping and leisure is there and not too far from the coast.
