Medium to high-risk suburbs include Arundel, Ashmore, Benowa, Biggera Waters, Broadbeach Waters, Bundall, Burleigh Heads, Carrara, Clear Island Waters, Coombabah, Main Beach, Currumbin, Hollywell, Labrador, Mermaid Beach, Merrimac, Mudgeeraba, Palm Beach, Paradise Point, Robina and Southport. Me and my wife made the decision we would put off our move for at least 18 months because of this. I think it would be fairly short sighted of us to move over when we have enough work at home, than risk a move to early and struggle for work. The visa situation has just forced our hand anyway.
