This is what we have come up with; can anyone cast there eye over it and see if they think it'd be adequate? Council tax statements from 2006/07 2007/08 2008/09 2009/10 (both names) Rental bond agreement from apartment in Australia 2005 (both names) Receipt for first months rent 2005 (both names) Electricity statement from Australia 2006 (both names) Home Insurance certificate 2009 (both names) Car Insurance certificate 2008 (both names) Airtours holiday itinerary for Ibiza (both names) Glastonbury Tickets 2006 (same address and sequential numbers) 2 Passes to Temples of Angkor (photo id with sequential numbers) 2 boarding passes for flight in Thailand 2006 (seated next to each other) 2 flight tickets showing same booking number and dates. Drawing and message addressed to us both from partners 9 year old sister Various letters and postcards from each other while we were apart in 2005 Christmas and Easter card address to us both from family Paper part of driving licenses showing same home addresses Copy of Joint Gym membership form Joint bank, one statement from July 2007 and one from March 2009 showing bills/groceries/petrol Page of photos of us together, one page for each year 2005 06 07 08 & 09 (showing a multitude of hair styles.. ha) Obviously a lot of this will require 'Certified Copies', do things like photo's and greetings cards need to get certified too? Have you sent your application and heard anything from a case worker regarding your 'evidence'? We are in a similar position, gathering our evidence for application so would love to hear a response from anyone on the lead post. In addition, does the 'evidence' documentation need to be certified copies as suggested above, or is it just the documentation they specifically ask for in the 40/47 application forms, like passport, marriage certs etc... that need to be certified? Guest Ozplorers Posted May 5, 2009 Share Posted May 5, 2009 Yes we sent off the application (frontloaded) a couple of weeks ago... (20/4) Its just the offical docs that need to be certified, the copies of the passports and Birth certificates... the rest of the 'evidence' we mostly sent originals apart from a few items, where we sent a photocopies (flight tickets/board passes). Had an email from a C/O on the 27/4 confirming receipt of everything. Then on the 29/4 we received all the evidence we'd sent back. Phoned the C/O today and she said they had everything they need, but there was a backlog of applications so could take up to 3 months hear anything.... so just have to sit and wait now.
