Etienne
I am trying to contact my CO as he sent me a request for further information and gave me until 9 March to supply them (work duty statement, medical examination and police checks) but there is NO WAY I will get this all together by them. I sent them an email and also used the OL contact facility, but after a week no response - time is running out and not sure what to do.
Guest kdal
Hi Before we came here (to Aus) we telephoned our CO they don't mind it just means you would have to stay up late or get up early to call, check the opening hours on the immi website Good luck
Guest Gollywobbler
Hi Etienne I agree with Kdal. In your shoes I would phone the ASPC and ask the person who answers to give you his/her direct e-mail address. DIAC staff all use the format[ john.smith]@immi.gov.au If you send the stuff to a human the human can pass it on to your CO. The contact details are here: Contact Us - Department of Immigration and Citizenship Best wishes Gill
