[help] elaborate on State Sponsorship?

Dear all,

 

I have three questions;

 

1. after one get state sponosorship(wa) but before he granted 886 pr visa, can he leave australia or wa provided that his 485 visa is not expired? or you have to commit to stay in wa only after you have been granted the 886 pr visa?

 

2. Can I lodge the 886 application before I get approval from the state sponsorship,

I am now waiting the result from the wa state sponsorship result, but Can lodge the 886 application while I am waiting the state sponsorship?

 

3 How much faster is the 886 with state sponsorship compared with normal 885(heard taken 15months)?

I have skill accessment code 2231-79(nec) one years ago and now I have been working full time as software developer for about 10months . Are there any extra documents which supplied by my company can help me to get the state sponsorship(wa)?

 

I have one friend said you can let your supervisor to write you a recommendation letter,

 

are there any other documents will help my application?
