Etienne Posted January 21, 2009 Share Posted January 21, 2009 I am confused. I lodged an application online, and emailed all my documents as required. But the online documnet checklist also lists these to forms; "Form 160EH - Radiologist report on chest x-ray" and "Form 26EH - Medical Examination for an Australian visa". I have decided not to front load medicals or police checks, so do I wait for instruction from the CO before I complete these forms as part of the medical, or are they required prior to the medical??
