I need to submit Form 1022 "Notification of changes in circumstances" to inform them that my wife just got pregnant. Has anyone done this before or have any idea where I could post it? When you attach a document, they will ask you to choose from the drop list the type of document, but i don't see any Form 1022. Plus I don't think they will look at any of these documents until a CO is assigned, which I don't think will happen before the baby is born.
