THORPES
We are moving to Australia in Dec/Jan (not booked flights yet until house sale completed) When we arrive we will have nowere to stay. We are unsure where to settle. We do like the sound of Pacific Pines. Can anyone recommend any caravan parks, motel's, apartments to stay for a few weeks in between Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. We would like to look around Sunshine Coast and see what jobs are on offer but Gold Coast is winning our vote at the moment. :notworthy: We have looked at apartments called Kawana Waters but how far is this from Gold Coast? Thanks Jill xxx
Guest Sam&Si
Hi Jill, If you're on a budget check out the Pale Pacific Motel & Units - right on Suttons beach in Margate. We're paying $450 pw for a 1 bed over Christmas/New Year. Think their 2 bed units were only a few $ more. x

Guest Working to fish
We have looked at apartments called Kawana Waters but how far is this from Gold Coast? Thanks Jill If the apartments are at Kawana (near caloundra) then the gold coast would be around one and a haft to two hour drive. Brisbane would be less than one hour. eddie We stayed with cal and it was 1st class.
