We're looking for nominations for the best avatars on PIO - the first 10 junior members mentioned will go on a poll and you'll be able to vote. I need you to put the user name of the member followed by the letter (J) so we know it's a junior member - there'll be 2 polls one for juniors and one for the oldies!!
