Things like baby sitters/childminders are normally best recommended by word of mouth. The only suggestion I would have to perhaps contact the Mornington shire council (there phone number is online), they may have a list of Registered child minders in the area. Or perhaps find out about a Mothers/toddlers group to join and get the local feedback . Or are your kids at kinder/school etc., you could always ask them.
