Name to apply for visa in

I’m almost ready to submit visa application for prospective marriage visa but I’m not sure about name to apply in.

i tried calling immi helpline but they couldn’t give me a definate answer.

basically I am divorced and all my ID is now back in my maiden name apart from my passport.

should I apply for visa in name on passport or get a new passport before submit so it’s in my maiden name along with drivers license etc?

You need to use the name on your passport. Up to you whether you want to get a new one.

As long as you provide evidence for all name changes they can work it out. You won’t be the first to have different names on ID.  They just need proof you are the same person!

When you do replace your passport then Simply update your application.
