I’m almost ready to submit visa application for prospective marriage visa but I’m not sure about name to apply in. i tried calling immi helpline but they couldn’t give me a definate answer. basically I am divorced and all my ID is now back in my maiden name apart from my passport. should I apply for visa in name on passport or get a new passport before submit so it’s in my maiden name along with drivers license etc? thanks for any help.
