Steve Bond
Like many others we applied for a 143 visa in good faith, based on a wait time of 4 years. Now that the wait appears to be at least 12 years for us, could anybody offer any advice on whether it is more advantageous to use a 143 Bridging Visa versus the 870 Temp Visa route. We are UK residents and the considerations are: cost of medical insurance, ability to buy property, effects on pensions and so on. Any advice and suggestions will be greatly appreciated. wrussell
To be granted a bridging visa you must lodge a valid visa application onshore for a visa that can be granted onshore. If you want information about your possible visa straegies go to my website pinoyau.com and use the contact form.
