Covid travel - 309 visa

Could someone please clarify if a 309 visa holder (fully vaccinated) can currently travel to Australia to activate the visa?  Only the 300 visa is on the Government website list of eligible visa holders.

Yes you can (and always have been able to). The details are on the website: “Note: Partner (subclasses 100, 309, 801 and 820) and Child (subclasses 101, 102 and 445) visa holders do not need to apply for a travel exemption.”
