laf
Could someone please clarify if a 309 visa holder (fully vaccinated) can currently travel to Australia to activate the visa? Only the 300 visa is on the Government website list of eligible visa holders. Edited December 10, 2021 by laf

The details are on the website: “Note: Partner (subclasses 100, 309, 801 and 820) and Child (subclasses 101, 102 and 445) visa holders do not need to apply for a travel exemption.” https://covid19.homeaffairs.gov.au/immediate-family-australian-citizens-or-permanent-residents-or-new-zealand-citizens-usually-resident-australia
rammygirl
But you may still need to apply for entry at state level, it depends where you are heading. Each state had different rules around Covid and some still have closed borders. This situation changes frequently so check now and double check close to departure.
