Mahal Posted August 11, 2021 Share Posted August 11, 2021 Hi guys , i have been granted 187 rsms visa november 2019 and it will be 2 years in this coming november and I have 6 weeks holiday leave and my work is getting too much stress and unfairly treated. What is the best way to resign? Can I resign 6 weeks earlier to use holiday leaves to completed my 2 years time line or do I have to wait till the 2 years done. I have also applied citizenship last year November but still havent got any news. Its very stressfull atm. What would be the best way to finish my job earlier? You send then a letter telling them you are resigning from date x and your last day of work will be date Y 6 weeks prior due to taking owed annual leave.
