Hi guys , i have been granted 187 rsms visa november 2019 and it will be 2 years in this coming november and I have 6 weeks holiday leave and my work is getting too much stress and unfairly treated. What is the best way to resign? Can I resign 6 weeks earlier to use holiday leaves to completed my 2 years time line or do I have to wait till the 2 years done. I have also applied citizenship last year November but still havent got any news. Its very stressfull atm. What would be the best way to finish my job earlier?

I have the similar stiuation that I had witb my employer and im looking for my rights atm . I took them to the court so we are waiting .

How about for 187 TRT, still need to wait 2 years or 3 years working with different employer in regional area enought? Thanks

Hi Guys Im on 457 visa and grndfathering arrengment. I have been working in regional area almost 3 years and would like to know if I can apply 187 TRT visa . However, I have recenty changed my employer. Should I need to stay with same employer 3 years or does not matter? Does anyone have clear idea? Thanks

How about 187 TRT visa because of working will 3 years full time in regional area but not with same employer. Can I apply this visa. Or only the option is 187 direct entry?

Hi Guys, I am on 457 visa (hairdressing) and I had to change my employer 2 months ago. I am bit confused about applying 186 direct entry with my new employer. However , some immigration agents says I can still apply 186 direct entry visa because of grandfathering arrangment , some others say no because Hairdressing is not on the main list. I have already 3 years experiences and only will do skill assessment if they accept hairdressing .Anyone has clear idea for this stiuation.. thanks

Hi guys,i am on 457 visa and I have recently had to change employer but would like to know If I can apply with new employer 186 direct entry visa. I have already 3 years experience but my occupation is not on the list (hairdresser) some migration agents say I can still apply it because im grandfathering 457 visa, some says no. I dont want to.get refused for that and would like to know anyone has clear answer for that? Thanks

Should I apply 187 visa now or wait until november and I can apply independently. Which way is better? I feel with 187 visa its very long proccess with employer. But still not sure what to do. Hi guys, Im holding 457 grantfathering visa and I have recently changed my employer and i had work with former employer 2 years and 9 months. So I would like to apply 186 ens visa as an hairdresser but its not on the list .. is there any chance that can be back again in july? Or as a grantfathering 457 visa it shouldnt effect us.. I am bit confused with that.. any ideas?

Im going to federal cercuit court and will sue my boss . Because of breached his obligation while im working and terminated my contract unlawfully before almost get my pr. Any opinion on it?

Thanks Raul, we have and fairwork conference with my employer today. And would like to know all the options and will take an action depends on the outcome. But i ts very difficult for me to decide the things for me atm. Main thing i dont wanna work them anymore and looks like i have got no options and last one if i go 186 Ens (if i am eligible) visa do i still need to work with them during the proccessing time or i can contioune with someone else untill Pr application is approved on 457 visa. ? Hi Raul, i think i have got enough point to apply 189 independent skill visa. However , because of living qld, do i need to wait for middle of the year because of qld government to open hairdressing accupation or can i apply now. And also i have got certificate 3 from Australia still need skill assessment ? For this kind of visa . I was thinking i might not need because of holding 457 grandfathering visa which will expire middle of 2020.? Thanks
