Made by a chef who worked and made pies in MM They are FANTASTIC the pastry which is perfect “crisp and lush” the pork filling is soft and peppery! I love them. They bake daily at their pie shop/cafe in Welshpool. Check it out. Bit of a long trip for a pie and our local IGA does excellent pork pies, scotch eggs, pasties. Might give it a try once we are out of lockdown.
