I am currently supporting her financially by sending her money to her bank account (I have the receipts as well). Can someone please tell me how can I get an affidavit in Australia declaring that I am financially supporting my partner who I am applying visa for please? The transfers are your evidence of this. To make a legally recognised declaration with your application, you need to do a Commonwealth Statutory Declaration. Based on what you have written, I suggest you get some professional assistance to make sure you are on the right track with your application.
