KangaKit
Hi, I am a bit confused by the new partner points awarded..so I've submitted a new EOI today, it added 5 points as my husband has a UK passport and I put in his DOB (Over 45), it added the extra points but then said something about confirming is under 45?!..does this mean we are entitled to the points or not? paulhand
There is no age barrier for the 5 points for “partner with competent English”: 6D113 The spouse or de facto partner of the applicant (the primary applicant) (a) is an applicant for the same subclass of visa as the primary applicant; and (b) is not an Australian permanent resident or an Australian citizen; and (c) at the time of invitation to apply for the visa, had competent English 5 Edited November 17, 2019 by paulhand
