Aussie_yank Posted June 9, 2019 Share Posted June 9, 2019 I needed some advice I have a migration agent doing my sc482 visa but before they started that one they applied to extend my travel visa and forgot to upload a conviction I had so I got a 4020 3 year ban so we got the sponsorship and went ahead anyways the migration agent accepted full responsibility for it said it was his mistake and they came back again with this saying I needed Evidence of compelling/compassionate circumstances affecting an Australian citizen or permanent resident so the best I can do is the sponsorship doing a letter about how it will be stressful on there employees etc is this going to be good enough any help would be appreciated thanks. I will say you need to get a new migration agent though. Are they Mara registered? If so I’d be complaining to MARA as they’ve cost you a 3 year ban!
