I needed some advice I have a migration agent doing my sc482 visa but before they started that one they applied to extend my travel visa and forgot to upload a conviction I had so I got a 4020 3 year ban so we got the sponsorship and went ahead anyways the migration agent accepted full responsibility for it said it was his mistake and they came back again with this saying I needed Evidence of compelling/compassionate circumstances affecting an Australian citizen or permanent resident so the best I can do is the sponsorship doing a letter about how it will be stressful on there employees etc is this going to be good enough any help would be appreciated thanks.

Thank for the reply I submitted all my info May 15 still waiting they said 75%of applicants will receive a answer in 31 days.

Hey guys I'm trying to figure out wait times for the sc482 visa all documents where summited 15 of May it's says 75%of applicants get in within 31 days I'm just getting worried I'm offshore in Hawaii waiting week by week. Thanks
