I entered: DFTTA (document for travel to Australia) Visa grant number Date of birth Passport number Im assuming the DFTTA refers to the visa itself. Message came up in red box as "error has occurred " "You do not have a current Australian Visa". He does have a new passport but i tried it with the old number too, message still came up.
