Are you using an Migration Agent? If so contact them and discuss it. If your nomination is refused - you have two options - appeal the decision or resubmit new application. Nemesis Posted December 21, 2018 Share Posted December 21, 2018 The nomination is down to the company, not to you. The company will have been told the reason for refusal. Speak to your company. After refuse nomination they send 2 letter to MA. 1. Invitation to commont on information for ENS visa nominations refuse. ( u got this one) 2. Notification of refusal of a application. ( this one get only employer and MA. SECOND letter most of the agent not provide to client because this belong to employer under confidentiality information.
