Waggaboy
Hi, I need help with what type of visa to reapply for. I am an Australian citizen who has been married to my Canadian wife for over 30 years. When we first got married we lived in Australia for 7 years and my wife had her PR visa. We then decide to move to Canda as my wife wanted help in raising our kids who all have dual citizenship as well as me. which where we have resided for the last 25 years. We have decided to return to Australia as we and especially me have had enough of the frigid cold. I would like some advice as to what Visa my wife needs to reapply for? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
VERYSTORMY
She is probably going to have to apply for a spouse visa, however, there is a chance the previous one is still applicable and I would recommend speaking to an agent.
JetBlast
If your wife is a PR visa holder you should look at the resident return visa. https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/getting-a-visa/visa-listing/resident-return-visa-155-157 Edited December 18, 2018 by JetBlast
