Can I claim citizenship by decent my grandfather was a UK passport holder and moved to Australia and lived there and had a Australian passport and citizenship for 45 years. He passed away a few years ago. He was also a jp ( justice of the peace) would I be entitled to apply for an Australian passport and citizenship by decent. Please help. If you're looking for migration routes, may I suggest that google is your friend and the question you posed is easily answered via that route.
