Currently iam in Australia on student visa which will expire on 26/09/2018.Iam planning to apply for a visiting visa in order to stay back in Australia. I have given EOI(Victoria) one week back. In my visa 8503(no further stay) condition is not mentioned. Could you please let me know whether I can apply for a visiting visa now in Australia, how long will it take and whether I can convert it to a bridging visa if I will get my PR invitation? kindly provide a detailed information about this.
