Hi Currently iam on student visa which will expire on 26/09/2018.I have done my EOI 2 weeks back and waiting for my invitation. Iam planning to go back home before the expiry of my visa. I would like to know that if iam getting my invitation in 3 months while off shore is it possible to apply for another visa(Visiting Visa) to enter Australia and lodge PR application within 60 days? And also after the expiry of my visiting visa is it possible to get a bridging visa in order to stay back in Australia till my PR visa is granted.

Hi This is me Soumya Soman.I already had a chat with you. Currently iam in Australia on student visa which will expire on 26/09/2018.Iam planning to apply for a visiting visa in order to stay back in Australia. I have given EOI(Victoria) one week back. In my visa 8503(no further stay) condition is not mentioned. Could you please let me know whether I can apply for a visiting visa now in Australia, how long will it take and whether I can convert it to a bridging visa if I will get my PR invitation? kindly provide a detailed information about this.

Actually I have applied for my PR visa one week back and I have hardly one month validity for my student visa...so I need to apply for BV A before the expiry rite?

Iam currently on Student visa which will expire on 26/09/2018.I have already applied for PR application and recently came to know that if iam getting the application lodged I can convert my present visa to bridging visas if iam there In Australia.As my student visa is going to get expired next month iam planning to apply for a tourist visa to extent my stay in Australia.Is it possible to convert a tourist visa to bridging visa? kindly give me a reply Thank You
